Blue Ridge Getaways began as a small scale effort to rent a single two bedroom condominium at the top of the mountain. It is now a full time property management company renting houses and condominiums.

It became apparent that many families, couples and small business groups wanted to visit Wintergreen, but were unable to do so because of high prices or a concern about inadequate accommodations. It was also apparent, that many property owners, wanted to open their homes to people who wanted to enjoy the Wintergreen experience, while still maintaining control over their investments.

Blue Ridge Getaways is a family run business. Our goal is to provide personal service to individuals, families, and groups who want to experience the beauty and fun of Wintergreen and to manage our properties in a way that maintains the value of our property owners investments. We are intimately familiar with the properties available on our program and can assist vacationers in choosing the unit that will best meet their needs.

Blue Ridge Getaways properties range in size from one to five bedrooms. You will find them near the ski slopes, along the golf course, and close to the Mountain Inn. Many of them have breathtaking mountain or valley views and others are on secluded tree covered lots. Our properties are inspected annually to assure good taste, quality decor, and high overall standards.

Our staff of dedicated housekeepers treat each Blue Ridge Getaways property as if it were their own. Each housekeeper is assigned a small group of properties which they keep in perfect condition and ready for our stay.

Our maintenance staff is available to serve you year round, 24 hours a day if necessary .
